Description
The National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) Division of Federal/State Partnership is accepting applications for State and Jurisdictional Humanities Councils General Operating Support Grants for NEH’s designated humanities councils. State and jurisdictional humanities councils tailor their grantmaking and programs to the needs, resources, and interests of their state or jurisdiction, while also extending the reach of NEH-funded projects and further strengthening the agency’s connection to local communities. NEH determines annual funding for each state and jurisdictional humanities council according to a statutory formula.

Eligible Applicants:
The only eligible applicants are the independent, nonprofit 501(c)(3) state and jurisdictional humanities councils.
