Description

The FY 2026 National Technical Assistance Programs (NTAP) cooperative agreement supports three national organizations to develop and deliver technical assistance (TA) to existing and potential health centers with a focus on: Supporting the delivery of comprehensive, high-quality primary health care; improving chronic disease management, nutrition, and preventive services; improving operational effectiveness, efficiency, and quality; addressing emergent public health needs and priorities; complying with and exceeding Health Center Program and supplemental funding requirements.

Synopsis

Eligibility

Eligible Applicants:
State governments County governments Special district governments Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education City or township governments Native American tribal organizations (other than Federally recognized tribal governments) Nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education Private institutions of higher education For profit organizations other than small businesses Small businesses Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized) Public and State controlled institutions of higher education
Applications can be from the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, or the Republic of Palau. Individuals are not eligible applicants under this NOFO.
