Eligibility
Eligible Applicants:
Applications are encouraged from a variety of individuals and organizations, including but not limited to: non-governmental/civil society organizations, think tanks, educational institutions or subsets thereof, and non-profit organizations. Prior programmatic experience is desired, along with experience managing budgets.
